The United States citizens admire any beautiful Swedish female singer that they can locate. ABBA had the major responsibility of presenting two of these amazing women to this world. They performed for over a decade and were able to make all types of people get up and dance to their music.

The fabulous Frida Lyngstad was also known as "Frida" to many of her fans everywhere. She was born in Norway but grew up in Sweden and her parents were Norwegian and German. Her father was a very proud German soldier named Alfred Haase and her mother was a Norwegian woman named Synni Lyngstad. Unfortunately her mother died at the early age of twenty-one. Frida's grandmother helped to raise her after this happened.
